Health and Wellness challenges highlight nutrition, fitness
A six-week challenge sponsored by Health and Wellness aims to
improve the diets of faculty and staff members.
The Fruit and Veggie Challenge begins Wednesday, June 6.
Participants will get weekly recipes, nutritional information and tips
on how to include more fruits and vegetables in their diets.
The challenge runs through July 18; register by clicking

Participants who meet their weekly goals will qualify for prizes.
• Summertime STEPS continues
This challenge continues through August 31 and is great for faculty
and staff members who are interested in counting their steps.
Participants can use their own pedometers or request one through
Health and Wellness; each time 10,000 steps is reached, participants
log it on a punch card. Complete punch cards can be sent to Human
Resources (Lake Michigan Hall, room 140) to be entered for monthly prizes.
