MSU med school dean next Wheelhouse speaker

 

Grand Valley State University’s Hauenstein Center for Presidential Studies will host Marsha Rappley, dean of the Michigan State University Medical School in Grand Rapids, on January 18 for its latest installment of the Wheelhouse Talks.

Rappley is a health care leader and teacher who has moved through the medical ranks, from nurse’s aide to pediatric neurologist before joining the academic world. She’s an Athena Award winner, an expert on ADHD and a cancer survivor. Rappley will speak about her leadership philosophy and experience.

Her presentation will take place January 18, from 12:30-1:30 p.m. at the Kroc Community Center, 2500 S. Division, Grand Rapids.
