Workshop focuses on communicating with teens

For parents, communicating with their teenagers can be challenging at times.

A workshop offered by Health and Wellness will help faculty and staff members learn more about their teen’s communications habits and offer tips to help open lines of communications.

“Talk with Your Teens Before Everyone Else Does” will be offered April 10 in the Kirkhof Center, room 2259; and April 18 in the DeVos Center, room 302E. Both sessions will start at noon; the facilitator is Matthew Clark, a clinical psychologist who specializes in child and adolescent psychotherapy.

Register for either session online at www.gvsu.edu/seminar.
