Kerri Reinbold, entrepreneur and co-founder of the Funky Buddha Yoga Hothouse, will be the next speaker featured at the 2012-13 Wheelhouse Talks, a leadership- and experience-based lecture series hosted by Grand Valley State University’s Hauenstein Center for Presidential Studies.

Reinbold, a West Michigan native who returned after living in Chicago, is passionate about health, healing, and encouraging her yoga students. She will speak about her experience of starting a business, and why West Michigan’s creative energy motivated her to return from Illinois.

Reinbold is a senior staff instructor and a certified Baptiste Yoga teacher who took her first yoga class in 2003 after a knee injury left her unable to run. Since then, work on the yoga mat has transformed her life in ways she said she couldn’t have scripted thanks to an accessible, relevant, and fun approach to health and fitness.
