Fantasy football trophy gets presidential autograph

A traveling trophy for a fantasy football league now carries the autograph of Grand Valley's president.

Student Kyle Partlo sent President Thomas J. Haas an email, asking if he would sign the trophy. Partlo, a computer engineering major, said all the players in the fantasy league are Grand Valley students or graduates.

“Because we all shared our college experience at Grand Valley, we named the trophy after President Haas,” said Partlo. “We all owe our friendships to GVSU and I hope we are able to stay in contact.”
