Graduate students present research
More than 30 students from Grand Valley’s graduate programs
presented posters of their research and scholarly activities April 16,
at the third annual Graduate Showcase: Education for the Future. This
event was co-sponsored by the Office of Graduate Studies and the
Center for Scholarly and Creative Excellence.
Students,
faculty and staff were invited to tour the poster presentations.
Remarks were given by Provost Gayle Davis and Paul Vanderburgh,
associate provost of Graduate Education at the University of
Dayton.
“This event was a great opportunity for our
graduate students to showcase the excellent work each student has done
while attending Grand Valley,” said Jeffrey Potteiger, dean of
Graduate Studies. “The quality of presentations was exceptional this
year, owing to the high quality students and great faculty mentorship
that Grand Valley provides.”
