GVSU makes Best Business Schools guide
Grand Valley State University’s Seidman College of Business has
been named by the Princeton Review as one of “The Best 295 Business
Schools” in the nation for 2014.
The Princeton Review collected data in five categories: academic
experience, admissions selectivity, career, interesting professors,
and accessible professors. The rankings are based on a survey of
business school students conducted during the 2012-2013 academic
years. The survey asked students about their school’s academics,
student body and campus life.
For The Best 295 Business Schools: 2014 Edition, data was
analyzed from more than 20,000 student surveys across the country, at
what is considered the best AACSB-accredited business schools in the
country.
Grand Valley graduate students in the MBA program said they
appreciate their “smart” and “efficient” professors who work
diligently to “instill real-world principles” in students and know how
to demonstrate solutions to everyday business problems. Students
described classes as “cutting-edge” and said professors have
real-world experience, which makes a difference in the quality of
education they receive at Grand Valley.
