The Meijer Holland Campus will celebrate "America Recycles" this week with a series of lunch presentations, and a recycling and resource fair.

Three lunch presentations are scheduled on Tuesday-Thursday, November 12-14, at noon. Sally Vissers will lead a session on upcycling, Ken Freestone will discuss composting and Don Triezenberg will discuss community energy.

The City of Holland will stream the lunch lectures live on Channel 24 (Comcast) and Channel 99 (AT&T) in the Holland area.

A recycling and resources fair will run from 9 a.m.-4 p.m. Friday, November 15. People can drop off their recyclables and learn more about sustainable resources.

America Recycles, a program of Keep America Beautiful, is a national day dedicated to celebrating recycling.
