Shelley Padnos was elected to a second, one-year term as chair of the Grand Valley Board of Trustees at the July 12 board meeting, while Mike Thomas was elected to a second, one-year term as vice chair.
Padnos and Thomas were both appointed to the board in 2007.
Padnos is executive vice president and chief administrative
officer for Louis Padnos Iron and Metal Company; Thomas is special
Michigan assistant attorney general in Genesee County.
