President Haas greets new students during move-in week

Grand Valley President Thomas J. Haas and his wife, Marcia, passed out ice cream and greeted new students and families as they moved in August 21.

Throughout the week of August 19, hundreds of alumni, students, faculty and staff members have been helping more than 5,000 new and returning students move in on campus.

New students and campus visitors can learn more about campus by visiting the new interactive map on the university’s virtual tours website. The website uses photography to provide tours of buildings on the Allendale and Pew Grand Rapids campuses. The map can be found at www.gvsu.edu/360tour.
