submissions for this year's challenge are now underway.
Faculty and staff members who fancy themselves grill masters can put
their skills to the test during the second Summer Grill Challenge,
sponsored by Human Resources and Campus Dining.
The challenge will be held on June 5, the opening day of the GVSU
Farmers Market. Tim Selgo, director of athletics, will serve as emcee
for the event.
Throughout May, faculty and staff members can submit their
healthiest grill recipes. Three will be chosen to grill during the challenge.
Farmers market attendees can purchase samples of the grill
recipes and side items from Campus Dining for $6.
