Active Commute Week offers challenge

Grand Valley will participate in Grand Rapids Active Commute Week
Challenge, May 12-16.
Lindsey DesArmo, health and wellness specialist, said employees
of organizations participating in the challenge are asked to log their
time spent in carpools, buses, bikes or other alternative
transportation. Register

Bike to Work Day is Friday, May 16. DesArmo said experienced bike
riders will lead groups of faculty and staff members to campus that
day via several different routes. Check

Grand Valley will host a pit stop during Bike to Work Day at the
Walker firehouse station on Lake Michigan Drive from 7-9 a.m.
