The Frederik Meijer Office of Fellowships is hosting several U.S. Student Fulbright information sessions for upcoming graduating seniors who are interested in applying for the 2015-16 academic year national competition.
Students interested in graduate study/research or teaching English in another country following graduation are encouraged to attend. The purpose of the scholarship, types of grants awarded, and the application process will be covered.
The application process will be open from May 1 through the campus deadline on September 26. Students who plan to apply should meet with Amanda Cuevas, director of the Frederik Meijer Office of Fellowships, 230 Mary Idema Pew Library, and prepare to develop their applications over the summer. Advising appointments can be scheduled by calling (616) 331-2699.
