Photos: Donna Brazile visits Grand Valley

Donna Brazile, former chair of the Democratic National Committee, gave a presentation to the campus community in the Kirkhof Center February 3.

Sponsored by the NAACP student chapter at Grand Valley, Brazile discussed voters’ rights and Stand Your Ground legislation during her presentation.

Named one of the “Top 50 Women in America” by Essence Magazine and “20 Remarkable Visionaries” by The Oprah Magazine, Brazile is a regular political commentator for CNN and ABC News. She is the DNC vice chair of Voter Registration and Participation and former chair of its Voting Rights Institute.
