Second study abroad reunion set

The Padnos International Center will host its second Study Abroad Alumni Reunion.

The campus community is invited to celebrate and support international exchange and friendship.

The event is set for Thursday, September 25, from 6-8 p.m. at the Grand Rapids Downtown Market, 435 Ionia Ave SW. Participants can expect a cash bar, international hors d’oeuvres and music from The Crane Wives, a local folk band made up of Grand Valley alumni.

Tickets are $25 for students and $35 for non-students and need to be purchased in advance.

All proceeds benefit the Murray Study Abroad Scholarship, which supports students who otherwise financially would not be able to study abroad.
