The president and CEO of Domino's will give a presentation as part of the Frederik Meijer Lecture series at Grand Valley.

In a conversation moderated by WGVU’s Shelley Irwin, Patrick Doyle will share his story, achievements and insights on the value of a liberal arts education to business and leadership.

Doyle’s presentation is set for 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, February 17, at the DeVos Center, Loosemore Auditorium. It is free and open to the public. RSVP by clicking here.

Patrick Doyle joined Domino’s in 1997 as senior vice president of marketing. He was named president and CEO in 2010. A year later, Doyle was named CNBC’s “Best CEO of the Year,” recognizing Domino’s success at reformulating its pizza recipe and reinvigorating the 50-year-old brand.

Jeff Chamberlain, director of the Meijer Honors College, said Doyle is an excellent example for students of a business leader who has very significantly shaped his profession and his life.

The Frederik Meijer Lecture Series was established with a gift from the Meijer Foundation to provide local and national presentations that focus on issues of leadership, innovation, and entrepreneurship from the perspective of students, faculty members and participants in business throughout the region.
