First event set for International Faculty and Friends

The opening reception for International Faculty and Friends is set for Tuesday, September 1, from 4-5:30 p.m. at the DeVos Center.
Jesse Bernal, vice president for Inclusion and Equity, will give remarks at 4:30 p.m. All faculty and staff members are invited; refreshments will be served.
Established in 2007, IFF provides faculty and staff members with opportunities to build community by focusing on global countries and cultures. Co-chairs are Mark Schaub, chief international officer, and Karel Swanson, senior academic advisor for the Student Academic Success Center.
