Jessica Ronne, from Zeeland, received her master’s degree in English during Grand Valley’s commencement April 25.
Her story is inspiring. In 2010, she lost her husband to brain cancer. Some time later she met Ryan Ronne, who lost his wife to brain cancer. The two married and brought together her four children and his three kids, and Jessica and Ryan are expecting their first child together.
