The students, faculty and staff members who won grants by participating in the myGVSU Climate Survey were invited to a reception December 4 with President Thomas J. Haas and Jesse Bernal, vice president for Inclusion and Equity.
Six students each earned a $2,000 tuition grant and six faculty and staff members each earned a $1,000 grant to be used for professional development or research. The grant winners were chosen randomly.
The overall response rate for the myGVSU Climate Survey was 42 percent. Results from the survey will be announced in the winter semester.
