Students earn scholarships to study abroad

The Padnos International Center has announced its 2015 study abroad scholarship recipients.

The Barbara H. Padnos Scholarship is given to students who are studying abroad for at least two semester and have a GPA of 3.0 or higher. The recipients, their major and where they will study are listed below.

Micaela Cole, political science, Ireland
Cullin Flynn, writing, Mexico
Lauren Hamberg, higher education, Spain
Steven Rothstein, music, Japan
Alexander Parkyn, international business, Germany
Dan Wenzel, physical therapy, Cyprus

The Mark A. and Elizabeth C. Murray Scholarship is given to students who have a GPA of 2.8 or higher and is based on financial need.
