Voter registration unit to visit Allendale Campus

The Secretary of State’s Mobile Office Unit will visit Grand Valley on October 14-15 to provide an opportunity for students, faculty, staff members and community members to register to vote. 

The voter registration unit will be open from 9 a.m.-5 p.m. near the Transformational Link and Little Mac Bridge on the Allendale Campus. General Election Day is November 3. 

Other services that will be available at the unit include license, tabs and registration renewals and organ donor registry. The visit is part of the Michigan Secretary of State Ruth Johnson’s 2015 “ExpressSOS” Voter Registration Drive, which includes visits to universities, colleges and community centers to raise awareness and educate voters about what to expect on Election Day.
