Deadline extended for Women's Commission award nominations

The deadline to nominate individuals for awards that will be presented at a Women's Commission event has been extended.
Faculty and staff members are encouraged to nominate individuals for the Celebrating Women reception; the deadline to nominate someone is Friday, February 26.
A new award will be presented; the Emerging Professional Award recognizes a faculty or staff member who seeks to create opportunities for interaction among women.
Nominations are also sought for the Maxine Swanson, Unsung Hero and Women's Commission Impact awards. The reception is March 29, 3 p.m., in the Kirkhof Center, Grand River Room.
