The Division of Inclusion and Equity will host a reception to honor all graduates, with special recognition for graduates of color.
The open house is set for Thursday, April 21, from 4-6 p.m. in the Kirkhof Center, Grand River Room. Remarks from President Thomas J. Haas and Lynn Blue, vice president for Enrollment Development, will begin at 4 p.m. The campus community is invited; RSVP online at www.gvsu.edu/inclusion/gradsofcolor by Friday, April 15.
Graduates are encouraged to wear their mortar board or tam and a Grand Valley shirt.
This marks the second year the reception has been held.
