The ninth annual Community Outreach Week will run March 19-26, when members of the campus community can team with family and friends to volunteer for service projects in the name of Grand Valley.
Throughout the past years, Lakers worldwide have dedicated more than 10,000 volunteer hours. The outreach week is sponsored by the Alumni Association and the Community Service Learning Center.
Faculty and staff members can get involved by searching the website, www.gvsu.edu/cow, to join or create a project. Volunteers are asked to record their hours and send photos. Questions on COW can be directed via email to [email protected].
