Basketball doubleheader to be broadcast on ESPN3 Jan. 19

Both the Laker men's and women's basketball teams will take on conference opponent Wayne State in games broadcast on ESPN3 on January 19.
The women's game starts at 6 p.m.; the men's starts at 8 p.m.
Grand Valley's women's team enters the matchup with an overall record of 11-4 (6-3 in conference play) against a Wayne State team with an overall record of 6-10 (3-6 in conference play).
The men's team is 10-6 overall (6-3 in conference play) and will take on Wayne State, who enters the matchup with an overall record of 9-4 (6-3 in conference play).
Both the men's and women's teams also play a doubleheader on Saturday, January 21, against Saginaw Valley State, but those games will not be seen on ESPN3. The women's game starts at noon; the men's game at 2 p.m. Tickets are available at gvsulakers.com
