Haas testifies before legislative committee

Grand Valley President Thomas J. Haas testified in Lansing March 9 before the House Higher Education Appropriations Subcommittee.
Haas was accompanied by Ella Fritzemeier, president of Student Senate at Grand Valley, and Sean O'Melia, executive vice president of Student Senate.
Haas joined leaders from four other universities addressing various topics including state funding, tuition costs, enrollment and graduation rates.
