Double the Laker Effect at Twin Day

Here's a little-known fact: there are 117 sets of twins, five sets of triplets and one set of quadruplets enrolled at Grand Valley this year.

All these siblings plus alumni twins (350 sets) are invited to celebrate family and their unique Laker Effect at Twin+ Day, April 15, from 1-3 p.m. in the Fieldhouse on the Allendale Campus.

The event is sponsored by University Communications and Alumni Relations. A similar event was held in 2014, when there were only 103 sets of twins on campus. Photos and a video from the event were highlighted in Grand Valley Magazine.

President Thomas J. Haas will bring Louie the Laker. T-shirts, pizza and refreshments will be provided.
