Grand Valley takes on Ashland in GLIAC soccer semifinals

The Grand Valley women's soccer team will take on Ashland in the GLIAC soccer tournament semifinals on November 2 at 5 p.m.

The game will be webcast live on gvsulakers.com. 

Grand Valley enters the match having advanced over Purdue Northwest in the first round of the tournament with a 6-1 victory on October 30.

Ashland could be the toughest test for Grand Valley this year, as the matchup between the two teams in September was Grand Valley's only tie game in an otherwise perfect season.

Grand Valley enters the contest with a record of 18-0-1, with a perfect 9-0 record in conference play.

The winner of this game will continue to the GLIAC soccer tournament finals on Sunday, November 4, and will face the winner of a game, also being broadcast live tonight, between Saginaw Valley State University and Ferris State University. That game will take place at 7:30 p.m.
