Eight students received scholarships to help fund their study abroad experiences.
The Padnos International Center announced its Mark A. & Elizabeth C. Murray and Barbara H. Padnos scholarship recipients. The Murray scholarship supports students who want to study abroad for eight weeks or less but would not be able to do so without financial assistance. The Padnos scholarship supports year-long programs.

• Edith Torres, social work, Argentina
• Andrea Schwallier, electrical engineering, Switzerland
