Grand Valley's volleyball and football teams are in action Friday and Saturday, October 11-12, in games that will air on ESPN3.
The Laker volleyball team will host Ferris State October 11 at 7 p.m. in the Fieldhouse Arena. Grand Valley will bring a 7-8 record (3-4 GLIAC) to the match and Ferris is 12-3 (6-1).

Laker football will host Saginaw Valley State University October 12 at 7 p.m. in the annual Battle of the Valleys game.
The Lakers will bring a 4-1 record to the game, 2-1 in GLIAC play; Saginaw Valley is also 4-1 (2-1).
The game will be broadcast live on ESPN3 and is available to ESPN subscribers via ESPN.com or the ESPN app.
