Some students who live on-campus packed their belongings to head home March 12, the first day after university leaders announced a transition to remote learning due to concerns about COVID-19 (coronavirus).
Grand Valley canceled classes March 12-15 and will convert to remote teaching on March 16, at least through March 29. Housing and Residence Life will support students who do not have a permanent or alternative residence by providing housing and dining on campus during this period. Students in need of assistance can call (616) 331-2120.
Updates to the university's response to COVID-19 are posted online at gvsu.edu/coronavirus.
