Grand Valley’s Senior Leadership Team has approved a new email signature policy for faculty and staff members.
The new policy indicates what information is allowed to be included in email communications that are distributed via the university email system.
An email signature builder tool is now available which will generate an email signature for any employee based on information provided by the employee.
Personal information and links to personal social media accounts, along with quotes, mottos, symbols, taglines or other statements will not be permitted.
