Four students, as well as President Philomena V. Mantella and other university leaders, will be featured on the WJR College Tour 2020 radio program with Guy Gordon.
Gordon's show will be broadcast live from the Allendale Campus on October 27 from 3-5 p.m. Listen live here.
The first hour of the program will feature Mantella, along with Greg Sanial, vice president for Finance and Administration and director of the Virus Action Team, and B. Donta Truss, vice president for Enrollment Development.
University leaders will discuss several topics including new initiatives at Grand Valley, affordability, enrollment, lifelong learning and how the university is navigating COVID-19.
The second hour of the program will feature four students who will discuss a number of topics, including campus life amid COVID-19, free speech, and the importance of voting.
Students participating include: Julian Sanders, a junior majoring in political science; Jocelyn Medina, a junior majoring in communications in higher education; Eric Siegrist, a junior majoring in accounting and finance; and Cameron Zbikowski, a senior majoring in human resource management and international business.
