GVSU in Photos, February 2025: Fire and ice, a spotlight on research and celebrating Black history

Jenni Bourbina, affiliate professor of biomedical sciences, uses the lightboard at the Bridge Studio located in Kindschi Hall of Science February 14. Bourbina was making a video for BMS 251 - anatomy and physiology II. According to the Bridge Studio staff, Bourbina currently has the most viewed videos of GVSU faculty on Panopto, the university's video-streaming platform.

Clara Morford, first-year applied food and nutrition student, sorts and labels seeds as a volunteer to help the Kent District Library with their seed library. Morford is volunteering to fulfill her service hours requirement for the Thompson Working Families Scholarship. "We're all working together for this scholarship," said Morford. "It's not my hometown but it's nice to give back to Kent County."
