Louis Fisher, Dale Herspring, and Mitch Sollenberger participated in the first panel of the Hauenstein Center’s conference, “George W. Bush: Legacy & Lessons.” The panel explored “Presidential Power and the Bush Presidency.” Papers included Fisher’s “Bush and the War Power,” Herspring’s “Bush as Commander-in-chief,” and Sollenberger’s “Bush and Presidential Secrecy.”
