As the Boomers retire and the world pushes forward, a new generation of leaders is taking the reigns. We must ask ourselves: how can young leaders be successful in today's economy, and what is their best path toward success? As Lakers for a Lifetime and Cook Leadership Academy alumni, our panelists are glowing examples of that transition from student to community leader. All four emanate the character and qualities it takes to lead in the community, while serving as roll models to the leaders of tomorrow.
