Frank Vaca’s presentation is in collaboration with the Michigan Developmental Disabilities Council.

Throughout his career, Frank has championed various initiatives aimed at uplifting individuals and communities facing systemic barriers. His work with organizations like the Michigan Disability Rights Coalition (MDRC) and Elevatus Training Advisory Board underscores his commitment to fostering inclusion and empowerment. As a coordinator for MDRC Leaders for Inclusion, Frank plays a pivotal role in shaping policies and programs that promote accessibility and equality for individuals with disabilities.

Frank's approach to empowerment is multifaceted, encompassing education, advocacy, and community engagement.
