Additional License Policy
If you are interested in purchasing an additional license for Zoom (Webinar, Events, etc.):
Annual License

If you are interested in purchasing a Zoom Webinar or Zoom Event license from now through June 30, 2025, please email [email protected] the following information:
- If you are interested in a Webinar license or an Event license.
- The Zoom account that will need the license. (Note that 1 license is needed per account)
- The participant limit needed. 500 or 1,000?
- Your Workday FDM so we can charge your department yearly for the cost.
- Note that we will reach out to confirm if you want the license for another fiscal year.
- Once all the information is gathered, we will reach out to the Zoom Sale's department and buy the license to get setup under the appropriate account. Please expect this process to take about 1 week.
