Error Message when Logging into Zoom


  • If you receive an error message similar to the image here, email [email protected] for assistance. 
  • Most common reasons for the error message are: 
    • You do not currently have an active contract with GVSU (faculty/staff) or you are not currently enrolled in classes with GVSU (student). 
    • You have a personal Zoom license tied to your GVSU email address that needs to be converted to GVSU's Zoom license.
