Pediatric Acute Care Certificate


PROGRAM OVERVIEW

Designed for those who already have experience providing primary care to pediatric patients and are certified as either a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Child/Adolescent Primary Care NP. Didactic courses are delivered in an online/ asynchronous format. Students come to campus for only 5 days for high-impact learning experiences.

Taught be faculty with experience and certification in pediatric acute care. Clinical placements are provided by GVSU. The certificate is comprised of 4 graduate-level courses.

Certificate graduates will qualify for the PNCB Acute Care Certification Board Exam.
