  • Parking is available to visitors in Lot M, just south of Seidman House. All visitors are required to have a temporary permit to park in any non-metered parking area. Permits are available at no cost from Parking Services.

  • A gender-inclusive and wheelchair accessible restroom is available near the Study Lounge.
  • A wheelchair accessible drinking fountain is located near the Study Lounge.

Wellness Rooms

  • A nursing room is located in 1204 James H. Zumberge Hall across the plaza or in Room 016 on the Mary Idema Pew Library's atrium level. 
  • The Kauffman Interfaith Reflection Room is located in Kirkhof Center in Room 2243.

The rare books, manuscripts, documents, artwork and digital files housed in Special Collections supplement and enhance resources available in the GVSU libraries. The collections are international in scope with particular focus on Abraham Lincoln and the Civil War; Michigan in the novel; regional literature, history and culture; and history of the book and printing arts.

University Archives

The Grand Valley State University Archives is the repository for official and quasi-official records created by the University's administration, academic departments, faculty, students, and campus organizations. The records exist in diverse formats, such as photographs, negatives, slides, motion picture film, maps, prints, and drawings, microfilm, audio and video materials and some electronic records.
