GVSU Math Majors at JMM 2025
GVSU math majors traveled to Seattle, Washington for the 2025 Joint Mathematics Meetings.
Troy Conlay gave a presentation titled "The Lights Out Game on Threshold Graphs".
Kyle McKee gave a presentation titled "Guessing games to determine 1 of several secret numbers". This was joint work with Julia Osmun and Dori Schlutt.
Marshall Nicholson gave a presentation titled "Number Sequences Generated by the Edge Covers of Fan Graphs".
Justin Sciullo and Sarah Zaske gave a presentation titled "Offline Guessing Games with Two Numbers".
Sarah Zaske presented a poster titled "Cospectral Constructions for the Exponential Distance Matrix". This was joint work Ori Friesen, Cecily Kolko, Sarah Zaske, and Amy Zeigler.
