Policy Statement
The Board of Trustees has delegated authority to establish a “Student
Code which contains the rules, regulations, and conduct process of the
institution” that “is approved by the President upon recommendation of
the appropriate student affairs administrator.” This Student Code: The
Anchor of Student Rights and Responsibilities (The Anchor) is
published under that authority. The University reserves the right to
change policies and procedures at any time during a student’s
enrollment and has the sole discretion to extend time frames as
identified in the Anchor
as appropriate with notice to all parties.
