The purpose of this scholarship is to assist student participants in University-approved internship opportunities in Washington, D.C.
Rules of Eligibility:
- Candidates must be accepted for or currently attending GVSU
- Must be an undergraduate student
- Must be enrolled in a University-approved internship opportunity in Washington, DC
- Must be making Satisfactory Academic Progress
- Preference will be given to candidates who are the first in their family to earn a four year degree (first generation)
- Financial need may be considered and can be demonstrated by the completion of the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA)
- This scholarship may not be renewed
