Moine Receives Thomas M. Seykora Award

Congratulations to Lauren Moine on being this year’s recipient of the Thomas M. Seykora Award. The Seykora Award recognizes GVSU seniors who have made a significant contribution to the GVSU campus community. Lauren will graduate this semester with a double major in Political Science and Criminal Justice and a minor in Legal Studies. While at Grand Valley she has been a tour guide in the admissions office for three years, served as a Transitions Leader for two years, and served on Student Senate as a general Senator last year. This year, she is serving as the Vice President for Public Relations for Student Senate and she is a fellow in the Hauenstein Center's Cook Leadership Academy.
