Grand Valley Mourns the Loss of Charles Knop

Charles Knop started at Grand Valley State University in September 1965 as an Assistant Professor in Chemistry. He was promoted to Associate Professor in September 1970, and then again to Professor in September 1977. Professor Knop retired December 1998. He was also a U.S. Navy WWII veteran.
His family will receive visitors Thursday 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. at the Arsulowicz Brothers Remembrance Mortuary, 3525 Remembrance Rd NW. A Rosary will be prayed Thursday at 7:30 p.m. Memorial contributions are suggested to Professor Charles Knop Chemistry Scholarship at Grand Valley State University.
