The transition to college is challenging. In coming to college from the high school environment, you transition from structured days and potentially a much larger amount of free time that you are in charge of utilizing. In college, students experience a shift into a less structured environment where they have more autonomy and control over their time. It is up to the individual student to establish a system or routine that helps them organize their time to maintain a positive academic and personal college experience.
