Autumn is here and temperatures are beginning to drop, so stay warm by hiking an afternoon away with your closest friends! Rosy Mound in Grand Haven has a beautiful pathway with stairs that lead straight to the beach. Looking for something a bit more local? Grand Ravines Park is right off campus and is full of trails to explore. Or, if you’re not the hiking type, take some friends on a classy fall picnic in GVSU’s very own Arboretum.

With pumpkin patches aplenty in Allendale, it’s easy to pick out the perfect-sized pumpkin and start carving! Let your artistic side out with a wild design or go traditional with a classic face. Either way, you’ll have a beautiful new decoration that will really help you get into the fall spirit.
