Ronda Huster started working at Grand Valley State University in 2011 and joined the University Communications team in 2023 as the University Communications Assistant. Prior to working in University Communications, Ronda worked in Alumni Relations, The Registrar’s Office, and The Office of the President. She is a Department Emergency Coordinator and a Wellness Ambassador. Ronda has experience in human resources, budgetary records, reporting, events, executive and management support, a wide range of administrative duties, and supervising student workers.
 
She lives in Hudsonville with her husband, Jeff. They have one son, a daughter-in-law and one granddaughter. She enjoys keeping active by running, walking, paddleboarding, and has completed two half marathons.
