Art History - Minor
The minor in art history is designed to offer students a general introduction to the study of art history and its methods. It offers students from many disciplines including - studio art, the humanities and professional degrees - the opportunity to examine the contexts for the production of the visual arts.

Required Survey Courses

Ancient through Early-Modern Art Distribution Course
Students must complete one 3-credit course from the following:
- ART 322: Goths to Gothic- Medieval Art (3 credits)
- ART 323: Rethinking Renaissance Art (3 credits)
- CLA 250: Classical Art and Archaeology (3 credits)
Modern and Contemporary Distribution Course
Students must complete one 3-credit course from the following:

World Art Distribution Course
